Technical & Constructability Review

ACCIM provides independent technical and constructability reviews that bring engineering knowledge and field execution experience into the design and preconstruction process. We evaluate drawings, specifications, technical requirements, and project interfaces to identify coordination issues, constructability risks, and potential impacts to schedule, quality, and project execution.

Our reviews focus on how systems and equipment will be installed, integrated, operated, and maintained. Particular attention is given to MEP coordination, equipment access, installation sequencing, system interfaces, maintainability, and alignment between design intent and field conditions, helping identify potential issues before they reach construction.
