Code Compliance Review

ACCIM provides technical code compliance reviews to help Owners and project teams identify potential conflicts between project documents, applicable codes, specifications, and technical requirements. Our reviews focus on identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance risks early so they can be evaluated and addressed before affecting construction, inspection, or turnover.

Our approach combines engineering knowledge with practical field experience to evaluate electrical, mechanical, fire and life-safety, equipment installation, system interfaces, and other applicable project requirements. Findings are clearly documented and communicated to support coordination with the design team, contractors, and other responsible project stakeholders.

By identifying potential compliance issues early and tracking them through resolution, ACCIM helps reduce avoidable rework, delays, and field conflicts while supporting quality and alignment with project requirements. Our role provides the Owner with an additional layer of independent technical oversight without replacing the responsibilities of the design professionals or Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
