Managing Principal
Agder Colon is the Managing Principal of ACCIM, bringing more than two decades of experience in engineering, construction, and project leadership across complex infrastructure programs. With a background in electrical engineering and extensive field experience, he has led and supported projects involving power generation, secure facilities, laboratories, complex MEP systems, and large-scale infrastructure. His approach combines technical expertise, project oversight, quality assurance, and practical field execution to protect Owner interests and support successful project outcomes.
