ACCIM provides disciplined QA/QC oversight to help Owners maintain consistent quality standards throughout construction, commissioning, and turnover. Our approach combines technical reviews, field observations, structured checklists, and project-specific quality requirements to identify deficiencies early and maintain clear accountability through resolution.

We support quality activities including submittal and installation reviews, mock-ups, hold points, testing, commissioning readiness, and documentation requirements. Identified deficiencies are clearly documented, prioritized, tracked, and followed through corrective action and closure, providing the Owner with visibility into quality performance and outstanding risks.

Our engineering and field experience allows us to evaluate quality issues from both technical and execution perspectives, with particular attention to complex MEP systems, equipment installation, system interfaces, and maintainability. The result is a structured and repeatable QA/QC process that helps reduce rework, supports commissioning and turnover, and provides a reliable record of project quality.
