ACCIM provides field verification and inspection services to evaluate installed work against drawings, specifications, approved submittals, project standards, and applicable requirements. Field observations are documented through clear deficiency reporting, including relevant locations, supporting photographs, technical observations, and items requiring follow-up. ACCIM tracks identified issues through resolution and provides Owners with a transparent record of field conditions, corrective actions, and outstanding concerns that supports QA/QC, commissioning, and turnover activities.
