ACCIM provides independent Owner’s Representation for complex infrastructure projects, serving as a trusted extension of the Owner’s team from preconstruction through turnover. We integrate technical, schedule, quality, and field oversight to provide clear visibility into project performance, identify risks early, and support informed decision-making throughout execution.

Our approach combines contract and document review, schedule assurance, technical evaluation, QA/QC, and construction oversight to help maintain alignment with project requirements and Owner priorities. We work across project stakeholders to track obligations, evaluate changes, document deficiencies, and strengthen accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Field-based oversight provides the Owner with an independent view of actual project conditions. Through disciplined site observations, progress verification, technical review, and clear reporting, ACCIM helps connect design intent with construction execution while maintaining focus on schedule, quality, readiness, and long-term operational objectives.
